Growing Leaders from Within !
On 7th August 2025, the Nepal Youth Programme organized a dynamic Self-Leadership Workshop for under-14 boys at the NYP Youth Hub, located at Paramount E.M.S.B.S., Kuleshwor. Fifteen enthusiastic youth took part in this engaging session designed to spark self-awareness, responsibility, and confidence. The workshop blended fun-filled ice-breaking games with meaningful discussions, making the learning experience interactive and memorable. Participants explored what it means to lead oneself—developing discipline, making positive choices, and taking ownership of their growth. The workshop developed a clear sense of purpose and lasting motivation, empowering NYP Youth to confidently apply self-leadership skills across school, sports, and everyday life for ongoing personal growth.
