Early childhood development (ECD) is an very important foundation for the holistic development of every child. With this concept, NYP developed a vision to engage the children in Early childhood development program. The program is being conducted once a week on Saturday for two hours. Prashannata Maharjan, member of NYP board and ECD trainer provided 8 weeks long training to 4 youth (girls) and involved herself in the program actively. To sharpen the knowledge of ECD and for making possibly a certified ECD instructor, Prakriti Chitrakar, a trainee and volunteer of NYP was given the possibility to join a week ECD training in ECCA. A youngest trainee in ECCA successfully accomplished her training with best remarks. We are happy to have her as a certified ECD instructor in house of NYP.
